A holiday rental is not photographed like a sale. Here the price is per property, not per m², and it differs from real estate for three reasons.

A sale shows rooms and layout. A rental sells the experience: the details, the terrace at the right hour, the view from the bed. More frames and more styling per square metre.

A sales listing lives for a few weeks. A rental listing fills the calendar season after season, so the same images keep earning far longer.

No volume discount

An agency brings several properties a month and gets a volume rate for it. A host has one, and the whole job is concentrated into a single visit.

What you usually ask

A larger property needs more shoot time, more photos and more editing. That's why each package has four tiers by square metres, so you pay exactly for what your property is — no vague estimates.
No. The basic CubiCasa floor plan is included in every package, from Listing Ready upwards. Only the static 3D and the virtual tour cost extra, if you want them.
Yes. You can add any extra before or after the shoot. If something comes up during the session, we sort it out on the spot.
Yes. If you handle several properties a month, message me on WhatsApp and we'll put together a tailored volume rate.
